Dr. Prasad, MBA, DTM, Ph.D has over 32 years of corporate and business experience, leading teams to success. He has worked with Bharat Petroleum Corporation and Reliance Industries. Prasad is an alumni of IMD, Switzerland ("Managing for Marketing Success" Programme).

He is a certified Thomas International - Profiling Consultant & a Handwriting Analyst (analysed over 2000 hand writing samples with a 85% accuracy - client confirmation).

With his knowledge of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Prasad helps people reframe their limiting beliefs, overcome their own internal contradictions and head towards success in their chosen fields.


Dr. Prasad is a Distinguished Toastmaster, DTM (certified by Toastmasters International, USA- a communication and leadership training organization). He is a Past President of Garden City Toastmasters Club, Bangalore ( The first club in India to be affiliated to Toastmasters International). He served as Area Governor (2011-12) and Division Governor (2012-13) and achieved the highest honor of President's Distinguished Area and Division.
He was the District Chief Judge for District 92 - Toastmasters International (2014-15).
He served as the Executive Committee Member of National Institute of Personnel Management, Karnataka Chapter (2016-18).
